Neil Mortimer

Neil Mortimer is the Chief Accounting Officer of Libra Group, responsible for accounting, external financial reporting, and financial controls covering all aspects of Libra Group’s global business. A veteran of Libra, Neil joined the organization in 2003 and is based in London.

Before joining Libra Group, Neil was the Finance and Commercial Director for Carisbrooke Shipping, overseeing all accounting and tax planning divisions and managing relationships with joint venture partners and third-party advisors.

Prior to this, Neil was Chief Accountant at Golden Ocean Group Limited for nearly two decades. Neil also worked for almost a decade with Moore Stephens, a global accountancy, advisory, and consulting network of independent firms headquartered in London.
