Panama’s Plaza Agora Transistmica Joined the Portfolio
FCA Group has acquired the Plaza Agora Transistmica and Plaza Agora Chanis business centres in Panama City to its commercial property portfolio. These two strategic investments strengthen FCA’s offering to large companies looking for a major single-site corporate facility, such as a modern day call center. The buildings previously formed the Sears department store complex in Panama City..
With approximately 125,000 sq ft (12,000m²) of net rentable area, Plaza Agora Transistmica has been placed under long-term contracts with lessees that include well-known call center operator NARS and Bank of Nova Scotia.
Plaza Agora Chanis will be a home for a major international company that is looking to have large numbers of personnel in a single site, such as a modern day call center. The multi-million dollar deal adds over 70,000 sq ft (7,000m²) of rentable area to FCA Group’s portfolio. Tenants under long-term leases include Cable & Wireless.
“This is a major site and an important addition to FCA Group’s holdings in Panama that takes the Group’s scale to the next level,” comments CEO Frank Espinosa. “With these two buildings, we can now offer even more in the way of comprehensive, single-site office facilities for corporates with large workforce needs.”
