[October 19, 2023, New York, New York ] — Today, Libra Group released the following statement:
“Libra Group and associated entities are pleased to announce the conclusion of a multi-party transaction that has resulted in the full settlement of any liabilities and the resolution of any disputes with Piraeus Bank. The significant financial consideration was paid in cash, and no debt was involved.
We are very happy to announce the settlement of this unfortunate legacy matter for our Group, an important milestone after many years. While we look forward to putting this situation behind us, we will have more to say about this matter at the right time.”
