Belgravia Land & Development Presents Optima Business Park in Argentina
Optima Business Park has been debuted by Belgravia Land & Development, the property investment division of First South American Investments. Located on the Autopista de Sol, Vicente López, one of the fastest-growing zones in the northern part of Greater Buenos Aires, this commercial development of modern offices is being managed by Roberts & Asociados with construction expertise from Caputo SA.
“The investment in this business park tops US $5m and will bring 25,000 sq m of rentable space on two buildings of seven storeys each, each with their own underground parking, dedicated entrances and 24-hour security,” said Enrique González, CEO of Belgravia Land & Development. “These blocks will be the latest in Class A office accommodation, maximising space without the sacrifice of comfort.”
Other facilities being provided in the business park include a bank branch, restaurant, cafeteria and other support services as required by office workers. Unilever and Loma Negra are tenants already agreed to take up space within the development. It is scheduled for completed by the end of 2009.
