Aria’s two new Santorini properties, summer 2017
Aria Hotels has brought two new properties into its portfolio of boutique hotels throughout Greece and the Greek islands in time for the 2017 season. Caipirinha Residence and Condutto Residences are both situated on the popular island of Santorini, the southernmost island in the Cyclades. It is known as one of the most romantic destinations on earth with charming villages to explore and numerous activities to undertake, amid classic Greek hospitality and culture.
Caipirinha Residence is a private holiday villa in the village of Imerovigli and located at one of the highest points of the Caldera basin. The property’s two private verandas offer breathtaking views across this stunning vista taking in the famous sunsets and Aegean seascape. As a holiday destination, it is ideal for couples and features indoor and outdoor whirlpool spas. The property offers the exclusive Aria concierge service and is included in the Aria Art Buzz initiative featuring artworks by renowned local artists.
Condutto Residences is a three-storey complex formed out of six traditional ‘cave houses’ in Oia, again a superb location with great views across the Caldera. Each residence features a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, and a sitting area with sofa-bed. Some residences also have a kitchenette. The Aria concierge service is available to all guests. Total reconstruction of this property is planned during autumn 2017 and winter 2018 to remodel it and create 11 deluxe ‘cave suites’ with modern styling and cliff-side views.
Millions of visitors come to Santorini each year for its dramatic scenery and volcanic beaches. Alongside its magical views, the island offers a number of cultural and sightseeing options including archaeological, folklore, wine, maritime, mineral, and fossil museums.
“Santorini is one of the top destinations in the world and plays an important part in the Aria story,” said Lefteris Kariotis, Sales & Marketing Manager for Aria Hotels & Tourism. “These properties are ideally located for exploring this beautiful island and fascinating places to stay in their own right. Santorini is an island to be in love and visitors will certainly love the experience, whether for the first time or returning to its beauty.”
