Regina Sheridan
Executive Vice President, People and Culture
Regina Sheridan is the Executive Vice President, People and Culture of Libra Group, overseeing all recruiting and people operations and supporting a strong corporate culture. She also oversees Libra Group’s Global Internship Program.
Previously, Regina was the Vice President of Libra Social Responsibility, overseeing Libra Group’s global philanthropy, including creating and growing 10 philanthropic initiatives, partnerships with hundreds of organizations, and grantmaking for scale and impact. Libra Social Responsibility today is an independent foundation known as Libra Philanthropies. Before that, Regina was the Executive Director of Concordia. Regina previously worked at a New York financial technology firm and started her career as a Corps Member with Teach for America. Regina interned with Concordia during her graduate studies, returning as a staff member.
Regina is a Board Member of Concordia and a City Tutors Advisor Council Member. She holds an M.A. from New York’s Columbia University, an M.A. from American University, and a B.A. from Davidson College.
