Joe Navarro

For 25 years, Joe Navarro served as an FBI Special Agent in the areas of counterintelligence and behavioural assessment. Since retiring from the Bureau, he has authored 14 books in 29 languages dealing with human behaviour, interpersonal communication, and body language.

Joe lectures and consults world-wide with organizations interested in conducting more effective empathetic communications with an emphasis on better understanding through the applied use of verbal and nonverbal skills. For the last eleven years, Mr. Navarro has lectured annually at the Harvard Business School and his WIRED videos dealing with nonverbal communications have been viewed over 40 million times.

Joe holds an MA degree in International Relations from Salve Regina University.
