Jennifer Kelly

Jennifer Kelly has been a member of Libra Group’s Board of Directors since 2007.

She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and President of Consolidated Fund Services, Ltd., after joining the Consolidated Group of Companies in 1994. She has a wide range of experience as a director on boards across diverse industries, including shipping groups, investment funds, real estate companies, and international development companies to multi-national corporate holding companies. She qualified as a chartered accountant in 1989 and is a current Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants member. Jennifer is also a member of the Institute of Directors and is working on obtaining her qualifications for becoming a Chartered Director.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Jennifer was a Tax Specialist at KPMG Peat Marwick in Norfolk, Virginia, before taking an international transfer to KPMG Bermuda in 1991. She is based in Hamilton, Bermuda.
