Sparta Properties is one of Libra Group’s real estate subsidiaries that owns an extensive portfolio of global properties, including commercial real estate, with a particular specialization in the hotel and hospitality sector.

Headquartered in Miami, Sparta Properties owns and manages real estate assets to maximize their commercial potential. The company also offers asset management services for third-party real estate owners.

With $600 million in total completed transactions and an over $200 million current portfolio value, Sparta Properties’ collection includes real estate on the Cyclades and Ionian Islands, the United States, Spain, and Thailand. Its holdings include a collection of hotels in New England and the Grace Hotel Santorini, which has been recognized as the second-best hotel in the world by Travel + Leisure. The resort also features the world-renowned restaurant, Varoulko Santorini, operated by Michelin-awarded chef Lefteris Lazarou.
