Created in 2005, FCA Group is a regional real estate investment and management company that owns and manages commercial and residential properties across Central America. Headquartered in Panama, its holdings include a portfolio of premium commercial real estate in this region. This includes two emblematic projects, Casa de Oro and Callejón del Sona, which are injecting new life into Panama City’s Casco Antiguo, a historic neighborhood that is also considered a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site.
The company’s current portfolio includes 60,000 square feet of retail space in Panama, several buildings in the historical part of Panama City and multiple other retail, commercial and residential properties in the region.
