Optima Business Park Phase 3 Launched
As it marks its fifth year in Argentina, First South American Investments (now incorporated in Elandis) alongside its property investment partner Belgravia Land & Development has unveiled the third building of modern offices in the Optima Business Park. Completed in line with Green Building guidance and regulations, it represents an investment in excess of US $10m.
Designed by architect Mario Roberto Álvarez and built by CAPUTO, the complex is situated in one of the highest growth zones in northern part of Greater Buenos Aires. This third building in the business park features many of the characteristics of the first two and will be completely sustainable in its construction, including sourcing of materials, regulations and current best practice in the industry. It is scheduled for completion in 2012.
