Hotels and Hospitality

Libra Group’s hospitality interests began in North America in 2004 with the purchase of a collection of premium hotels, restaurants, and marinas on the coast of Maine and in Vermont. Libra’s own luxury and boutique hotels and residences brand, Grace Hotels, now part of Auberge Resorts Collection, has attracted global critical acclaim since its launch in 2007. Grace was merged into Auberge in 2018.

Through our subsidiaries, we maintain close relationships with the world’s leading hospitality groups and have worked with Hyatt Hotels to develop Hyatt Place-branded hotels in major cities and towns across Brazil. The group owns or manages in excess of 75 hotels and villas globally. We have developed hotels in Argentina, Brazil and Greece. Our Aria Hotels subsidiary has a curated collection of boutique hotels and villas across Greece. Sparta Properties currently owns six hotel properties.
